When you interact with SA365, we may ask you to supply us with Personal Information, for example, we may collect Personal Information when you:

No Personal Information should be submitted or posted by individuals under 18 years of age without their parent’s or legal guardian’s permission. Individuals under the age of 18 years of age are not permitted to enter contests administered by SA365 and/or the SA365 Service.
SA365 uses Personal Information you supply to deliver the services you expected when you gave us your Personal Information. Specifically, we use your Personal Information: for you to login so we can identify your account and you can use our Service, to help us improve the Service, to provide you with information about products and services offered by our clients, to respond to your inquiries, and to contact you regarding our Service.

If you would like us to delete your account immediately, please contact our support department and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
YOUR CHOICES REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can click the “unsubscribe” button on promotional email communications. Note that you are not permitted to unsubscribe or opt-out of non-promotional messages regarding your account, such as account verification, payment confirmations, changes or updates to features of the Site or Service or mobile applications, or technical and security notices.
We may permit our clients to collect information about your use of our Site over time so that they may play or display ads that may be relevant to your interests on our Sites or mobile applications as well as on other websites or mobile applications. SA365 employs reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect Personal Information under our control from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These security measures include administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Please be advised, however, that while we take great effort to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee nor warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and we are not responsible for the theft, destruction or inadvertent disclosure of your Personal Information.
SA365 processes Personal Information on our servers in the United States of America. Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and used, in locations outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may be less protective than those in your state, province or country. You hereby consent to such transfer and use in all respects.
