The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when changes to the policy were published and in force.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, (“Personal Information”) means any information that can be used to uniquely identify you and may include: name, telephone number, address, email address.    

When you interact with SA365, we may ask you to supply us with Personal Information, for example, we may collect Personal Information when you:

  • participate in a contest or promotional offer;

Personal Information collected by SA365 is collected, used and stored by SA365 in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and is not collected or used for any other purpose.

DATA RETENTION

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Following termination or deactivation of your account, we may retain your Personal Information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes. We may retain your Personal Information in aggregate or anonymized form indefinitely. If you would like us to delete your account immediately, please contact our support department and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

YOUR CHOICES REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can click the “unsubscribe” button on promotional email communications. Note that you are not permitted to unsubscribe or opt-out of non-promotional messages regarding your account, such as account verification, payment confirmations, changes or updates to features of the Site or Service or mobile applications, or technical and security notices.

SA365 employs reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect Personal Information under our control from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction.  These security measures include administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.  Please be advised, however, that while we take great effort to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee nor warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and we are not responsible for the theft, destruction or inadvertent disclosure of your Personal Information.

SA365 processes Personal Information on our servers in the United States of America.  Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and used, in locations outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may be less protective than those in your state, province or country.  You hereby consent to such transfer and use in all respects.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any unsolicited information that you provide. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Service and any unsolicited submissions. SA365 assumes that all unsolicited information is non-confidential and that we are free to reproduce, disclose and distribute it without limitation or attribution.

The SA365 Site and Service may contain links to third party sites not controlled or operated by SA365 (“Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures described in this Privacy Policy do not apply to Third Party Sites.
