The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when changes to the policy were published and in force.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, (“Personal Information”) means any information that can be used to uniquely identify you and may include: name, telephone number, address, email address.    

When you interact with SA365, we may ask you to supply us with Personal Information, for example, we may collect Personal Information when you:

  • participate in a contest or promotional offer;
  • provide feedback on our services or respond to a user survey;

Personal Information collected by SA365 is collected, used and stored by SA365 in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and is not collected or used for any other purpose.

SA365 may collect, use, transfer and disclose information in a form that does not personally identify you (“Non-Identifying Information”), without limitation.  When you access SA365 services via a web-browser, we and our third-party service providers may use a variety of technologies that automatically record certain Non-Identifying information.  This information may include internet protocol (IP) address (and other unique identifiers for the particular device you use to access the Internet), browser type, your interaction with our Service, pages of our Site that you visit, information you search for via our Service, access time and dates, and other similar information.  We use this information for a variety of purposes, including analyzing and enhancing our products and services, and to help personalize our Service for you.

No Personal Information should be submitted or posted by individuals under 18 years of age without their parent’s or legal guardian’s permission.  Individuals under the age of 18 years of age are not permitted to enter contests administered by SA365 and/or the SA365 Service.


SA365 uses Personal Information you supply to deliver the services you expected when you gave us your Personal Information. Specifically, we use your Personal Information: for you to login so we can identify your account and you can use our Service, to help us improve the Service, to provide you with information about products and services offered by our clients, to respond to your inquiries, and to contact you regarding our Service.

Non-Identifying Information may be provided to third parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We may engage third party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf.  These third-parties may have access to your Personal Information.  Third party access is only provided to the extent required for the third party to perform their services on our behalf.  All third party providers are required in writing to comply with SA365’s privacy policies and procedures.

SA365 may become involved in the sale, merger, acquisition or restructuring of some or all of our business assets.  In the course of such transaction, SA365 may disclose your Personal Information to the purchaser or new corporate entity.  In such case, SA365 will require such third parties to agree to protect the privacy of your Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that your Personal Information is used and disclosed as provided for in this Privacy Policy, unless we have obtained your consent for any other purposes, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable laws.


We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Following termination or deactivation of your account, we may retain your Personal Information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes. We may retain your Personal Information in aggregate or anonymized form indefinitely. If you would like us to delete your account immediately, please contact our support department and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


If you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can click the “unsubscribe” button on promotional email communications. Note that you are not permitted to unsubscribe or opt-out of non-promotional messages regarding your account, such as account verification, payment confirmations, changes or updates to features of the Site or Service or mobile applications, or technical and security notices.

We may permit our clients to collect information about your use of our Site over time so that they may play or display ads that may be relevant to your interests on our Sites or mobile applications as well as on other websites or mobile applications. Typically, the information we share is provided through Cookies or similar tracking technologies. The only way to completely “opt out” of the collection of any information through Cookies or other tracking technology is to actively manage the settings on your browser or mobile device. SA365 employs reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect Personal Information under our control from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction.  These security measures include administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.  Please be advised, however, that while we take great effort to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee nor warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and we are not responsible for the theft, destruction or inadvertent disclosure of your Personal Information.

SA365 processes Personal Information on our servers in the United States of America.  Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and used, in locations outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may be less protective than those in your state, province or country.  You hereby consent to such transfer and use in all respects.


This Privacy Policy does not apply to any unsolicited information that you provide. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Service and any unsolicited submissions. SA365 assumes that all unsolicited information is non-confidential and that we are free to reproduce, disclose and distribute it without limitation or attribution.

The SA365 Site and Service may contain links to third party sites not controlled or operated by SA365 (“Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures described in this Privacy Policy do not apply to Third Party Sites.
